Dry roast all poha at low medium flame.
In kadai heat oil for deep frying at medium hot
Firstly deep fry all peanuts till the golden colour and stir continuously
Deep fry coconut slice till light golden color at low flame
Deep fry chana dal till light golden color at low flame
Deep fry chopped green chilli till gets crispy texture
In different pan heat 4-5 spoon of oil
When oil gets hot add mustered seeds,wait till crackle
Then add turmeric powder, coriander seed powder, cumin seed powder, red chilli powder and roast it by stirring continuously
Then add curry leaves wait for leaves get crackle
Add peanuts, roastwd chana dal,green chilli,sliced coconut in the poha and mix it.
Now pour the prepared masala on the roasted poha and mix it well
Our thin poha Chivda is ready.
